Chris Orth has spent their career in leadership roles in the software development industry. Chris is currently a CSM Solution Sales Executive at ServiceNow. Prior to this, they were with IBM for two years, where they facilitated business conversations with customers and prospects to determine the best course of action for technology within their organization. Chris also provided consulting to IBM clients, IBM Sales Teams and IBM Business Partners. Chris has also led cross-functional discovery sessions and collaborated with IBM sales teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions.

Before their time at IBM, Chris Orth was with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago for over 10 years. There they effectively led large enterprise software development efforts averaging in size between $4 and $12MM that included diverse stakeholders and complex system integrations. Chris was also responsible for security posture of applications, in development and in production. Chris interfaced with security operations team to perform vulnerability scans and remediation efforts. Additionally, they were a technical consultant to business units desiring new products or product enhancements to solve business problems. This included distilling business needs into product features backlog and presenting to numerous stakeholders and audiences ranging from team members to executive management.

Chris Orth has proven himself as an effective leader of software development teams throughout their career. Chris has a proven track record of cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors and team members. Chris's experience leading geographically disperse teams has given him a unique perspective on how to manage and motivate team members

Chris Orth studied electrical engineering and economics at Purdue University. Chris also attended Munster High School.
