Danielle Fontaine

Danielle Fontaine has held prominent positions in various organizations, including Vice President and Assistant Controller at ServiceNow from September 2021 to January 2023, and prior roles as Corporate Accounting and Technical Accounting at Google from January 2017 to September 2021. Danielle also served as an Industry Fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) from December 2018 to July 2020. Previous experience includes Director of Technical Accounting and Policies, as well as Senior Manager roles at Gap Inc. from March 2014 to January 2017, and Assistant Controller at the San Francisco Giants from July 2013 to February 2014. Danielle holds a Master of Business Administration in Leading People and Organizations and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus on Accounting, both obtained from Santa Clara University.
