Danielle Fontaine

Danielle Fontaine currently serves as Vice President and Assistant Controller at ServiceNow since September 2021, having previously held the role of Senior Director, Assistant Controller within the same company. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Danielle worked at Google from January 2017 to September 2021, specializing in Corporate and Technical Accounting. Additional experience includes serving as an Industry Fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) from December 2018 to July 2020, and various roles at Gap Inc. between March 2014 and January 2017, including Director of Technical Accounting and Policies. Danielle also held the position of Assistant Controller at the San Francisco Giants in 2014 and accumulated extensive experience at Gap, Inc. from 2007 to 2013 in several managerial and senior accounting roles. Earlier in the career, Danielle worked as a Senior Financial Auditor at eBay and as an Auditor at Ernst & Young LLP. Academic credentials include an MBA in Leading People and Organizations and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus on Accounting from Santa Clara University.
