Darrell Penta

Darrell Penta, PhD, serves as a Sr. Staff UX Researcher at ServiceNow since March 2024 and has been an Adjunct Professor in the HFID Program at Bentley University since August 2021. Previous roles include Senior UX Researcher and UX Researcher at Google from March 2020 to March 2024, as well as Senior UX Researcher at HubSpot and UX Researcher II at Constant Contact. Darrell began a career in UX research with an independent consultancy from June 2009 to 2016 and contributed to research at Northeastern University from September 2012 to August 2017. Educationally, Darrell Penta holds a PhD in Psychology (Language & Cognition) and an MA in Psychology from Northeastern University, an MA in Applied Linguistics from UMass Boston, a BA in English, Psychology & Sociology from UMass Boston, and undergraduate credits in Poetry and Poetics from the University of Oxford.
