Dhruv Adak

Dhruv Adak is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in enterprise account management and business development across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Enterprise Account Director for TMT India at ServiceNow since September 2025, Dhruv previously held multiple leadership roles at Salesforce, where responsibilities included managing sales in North and East India for the Salesforce Platform Cloud and achieving significant business results. Dhruv's career also encompasses roles at KNOLSKAPE as Director of Sales, Compro Technologies as Enterprise Account Manager, and 3i Infotech as Sr. Manager of Business Development, contributing to revenue growth across multiple regions, including Africa. Earlier experiences include positions in business development at Knowcross Solutions and consulting at SAITA Consulting Pvt. Ltd., as well as a foundational role at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. Dhruv holds an MBA in Marketing from SP Jain School of Global Management and a BSc in Hotel & Hospitality Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management.
