Dr. Stephanie Pelzl

Dr. Stephanie Pelzl currently serves as the Director of Solution Consulting for CRM Workflows at ServiceNow since July 2025, managing three teams of CRM solution consultants across Central EMEA. Dr. Pelzl has held significant positions in prior roles, including Head of Digital Experience Solution Consulting Strategic Accounts at Adobe and various leadership roles at Allianz Technology. In addition to professional experience, Dr. Pelzl has contributed to academia as a guest lecturer on Digital Transformation at ESCP Business School and Strategic Online Marketing at Internationale Hochschule Bad Honnef. Dr. Pelzl holds a PhD in Business Information Systems from ESCP Europe and several other academic qualifications in management and business administration.
