Eddy Chan has extensive experience in solution consulting and leadership within the technology sector, currently serving as the Head of Solution Consulting for North Asia at ServiceNow since July 2013. In this role, Eddy leads a talented team to onboard enterprise customers and drive success across the region. Previous positions include Senior Advisory Solution Consultant at ServiceNow, where significant growth was achieved in enterprise IT cloud business across Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and China, and Solution Manager for Asia Pacific at UC4 Software, where engagement with strategic accounts was key.
