Eric Crawford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and strategy, currently serving as the Director of Business Transformation & Strategy at ServiceNow since January 2020, responsible for leading global and regional initiatives within the Customer Excellence Group. Previously, Eric held roles at ServiceNow including Director of the Transformation Office and Senior Manager of Professional Services, where the focus was on executing transformation programs and supporting account teams in various sectors such as Finance, Healthcare, and Federal. As the Founder of GolfTourney.com, Eric established the largest golf event advertising agency globally, catering to over 50,000 clients. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Consultant and Consultant at 3D Results, where efforts centered on digital transformations for Fortune 500 companies, and working as General Manager at JCPenney. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Studies & Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Iowa and is currently an EMBA candidate at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, with an expected graduation in December 2026.
