Ian Leu

Ian Leu has over a decade of experience in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and IT operations, with a strong focus on ServiceNow solutions. At ServiceNow from March 2021 to March 2023, Ian served as a Senior Advisory Enterprise Architect, acting as an executive advisor to accelerate digital transformation for strategic accounts. Previous roles include Advisory Enterprise Architect and Advisory Solution Consultant, where Ian concentrated on driving customer engagements and providing strategic solutions. Prior to ServiceNow, Ian worked at elipsLife as a ServiceNow Architect and ICT Operations Manager, leading the implementation of ServiceNow and managing global teams. Ian also founded GoCompare Kenya, a non-profit project focused on providing comparison services, and gained experience at CS-Computing GmbH as a Team Manager and Vocational Trainer. Early in the career, Ian held a technical role in the Swiss Army as an IT Engineer and Wheeled Tank Driver.
