Jake Riha

Jake Riha is an experienced professional with a strong background in internal communications and project management. Currently serving as the Internal Communications and Content Program Manager at ServiceNow from May 2021 to June 2024, Jake has successfully developed comprehensive communication strategies for the Customer Service and Support teams, enhancing employee engagement and operational effectiveness. Previously, Jake held the role of Support Release Readiness Program Manager at ServiceNow, managing programs aimed at improving customer experience. Prior experience includes managing operational readiness for new product launches at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and leading multi-channel initiatives at U.S. Cellular. Jake began a career in sales with C&H Distributors. Jake holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
