James Moore

James Moore is a highly respected senior technology leader with over 13 years of experience in customer-facing leadership roles, spanning delivery, managed services, and customer success in the SaaS environment. Currently, they serve as the Director, Area Lead for the UKI Public Sector at ServiceNow, after previously holding roles such as Project Director at Ellucian and Strategic Customer Success Manager at Salesforce, where they received a Salesforce Superstar Award for leadership. James began their career in the military as an Operations Officer, which fostered a unique ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage complex crises effectively. They hold a 2:1 (Hons) in Biological Science from the University of Exeter and have completed the Talent Development Programme at Cranfield University.
