Janita Kapadia

Janita Kapadia is a seasoned professional in sales and business development, currently serving as the Sales Development Representative Lead at ServiceNow since October 2025. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Janita held the role of BDR Team Lead at taikun and spent over three years at VMware in various positions, including BDR/SDR Solution Manager for NEMEA and Global Account Executive for VMware Tanzu. Janita's career also includes significant roles at Infinidat as an Enterprise Account Executive and Business Development Specialist, as well as previous positions at TrackTik, IBM, and Arena International Events Group, where expertise in sales and account management was cultivated. Janita holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Greenwich.
