Jeffrey Gore

Jeffrey Gore currently serves as the VP of Industry Product & Solutions Marketing at ServiceNow since October 2015, where responsibilities include driving product positioning and messaging, enabling go-to-market teams, developing market intelligence, and executing product launches to enhance customer value. Previously at ServiceNow, Jeffrey held the role of VP of Product Marketing for Employee Workflows, focusing on product positioning and high-impact launches. Earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Product Management, where Jeffrey developed go-to-market strategies for the HR Service Delivery product line. Prior to ServiceNow, Jeffrey worked at Column Technologies as HR Case Management Product Owner and Director of Services, managing substantial revenue in HR consulting. Jeffrey began a professional career at IBM as a Service Management Process Consultant, conducting workshops on ITIL processes. Educational qualifications include an MBA in IT and Finance and a BS in Information Systems, both from the University of Maryland.
