Jenae Garrett Kuchman

Jenae Garrett Kuchman is a highly experienced professional in event management and marketing, currently serving as the Senior Director of Event Experience & Keynotes at ServiceNow since September 2011. In this role, Jenae drives the development of global event keynotes and advocates for attendee experiences while aligning with corporate objectives. Previous positions at ServiceNow include Director of Event Experience and Content and Sr. Program Manager for Global Event Keynotes, where responsibilities encompassed program oversight, keynote experience definition, and comprehensive event program management. Prior to ServiceNow, Jenae held marketing and management roles at BioVia, Websense, L-3 Communications, Union Bank of California, and Elan/Dura Pharmaceuticals. Jenae holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Public Relations from San Diego State University.
