Kayla Wood

Kayla Wood has a diverse background in strategic enablement and program management, with significant experience at ServiceNow from August 2017 to March 2021. In the role of Sr. Manager, Strategic Enablement within the Office of the CFO, Kayla optimized the digital summer intern program for over 300 interns, enhancing the candidate experience and employee journey. Previous roles at ServiceNow included Senior Program Manager for the Early Career program and Program Manager for the Finance Rotation Program, where Kayla focused on employee engagement and training curriculum development. Kayla's experience also includes a position as a Sales Operations Business Analyst. Most recently, Kayla has been with Confluent in Talent & Program Management, and previously completed an internship in the Financial Training Program at Morgan Stanley. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
