Lea Toh

Lea Toh is a seasoned marketing professional with experience in product marketing and social media management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Marketing Specialist at ServiceNow since June 2021, Lea has held various roles within the company, including positions in employee workflows and developer product marketing. Prior to ServiceNow, Lea completed a Product Marketing Co-op focused on IT Workflows and gained social media marketing experience at Threshold. Lea's earlier experience includes a role at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where significant contributions were made to alumni strategy and communications across North America. Additional internships at the NYU Steinhardt School focused on music therapy and at Tan Tock Seng Hospital involved coordinating a doctor training program. Lea holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Northeastern University and has participated in additional academic programs at Singapore Management University and McGill University.
