Mark Spencer

Mark Spencer currently serves as the Sr Director of GTM Strategy - Solution Sales and Chief of Staff for Global Solution Sales at ServiceNow, following an extensive career at Cisco that spanned over a decade. At Cisco, Mark held various strategic leadership roles including Director of Strategy, Planning and Operations for the Cloud Infrastructure and Software Group, where leadership involved a team managing a $7B business. Mark successfully built go-to-market strategies and led sales operations for several product lines, culminating in significant revenue milestones. Previous experience includes positions at United Stationers, Reaction Engineering International, and WesTech Engineering, complemented by an MBA in Finance and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
