Mats Carlsson

Mats Carlsson has extensive experience in sales and management within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Solution Sales for Nordics at ServiceNow since March 2017, Mats focuses on enhancing customer experiences through AI-driven automation and streamlined operations across various industries. Prior to this role, Mats held various positions at ServiceNow, including Client Director and Enterprise Account Executive, where contributions included helping leading Swedish companies adopt intelligent workflows. Experience also includes being the Regional Business Manager at AppDynamics, where Mats was pivotal in establishing the company's presence in Sweden, and serving as Country Manager Nordics at Good Powered by BlackBerry, driving sales of secure enterprise mobility solutions. Earlier career roles include various sales positions at Cisco and Tele2, demonstrating a strong track record in B2B sales and strategic account management.
