Murali Subbarao

Murali Subbarao is a seasoned executive in the technology sector, currently serving as Vice President of Platform Product and Generative AI Solutions at ServiceNow since May 2018. Additionally, Murali holds the position of Working Group Member for the AI Governance Alliance at the World Economic Forum, focusing on responsible generative AI. Prior to ServiceNow, Murali founded and led companies such as Parlo and XpressBuy, with notable acquisitions by ServiceNow and Paymentus, respectively. Murali's earlier experience includes roles at Billeo and Arula Systems, both of which were also acquired, and a senior director position at Hewlett-Packard.
