Nigel Walsh

Nigel Walsh currently serves as the Global Head of Insurance at ServiceNow, a role held since February 2025. Previously, Nigel held several positions at Google, including Head of Global Insurance for Google Cloud and Managing Director of Insurance. Nigel has also been a member of the GTM Advisory Board at CapitalG and has contributed as a co-author to notable industry publications such as The InsurTECH Book and The AI Book. With experience as a Partner at Deloitte Digital, focusing on InsurTech and technology transformation, and a tenure mentoring insurance startups at Startupbootcamp FinTech, Nigel has established a strong influence in the insurance technology space. Additional past roles include Vice President and Head of UK Insurance at Capgemini and a trustee at Hertsmere Leisure. Nigel holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from The University of Salford and has completed executive programmes at Singularity University and International Business School.
