Phuong M. Tran

Phuong M. Tran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational transformation and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as the DEI Strategic Initiatives Lead and Executive Assistant to the Chief Equity & Inclusion Officer at ServiceNow since June 2022, Phuong has previously held key roles at PwC as a Senior Associate in Organization and Workforce Transformation and Administrative Support Concierge. Phuong's career began at Scottsdale Prevention Institute and Bank of America, with significant positions held at the University of Phoenix, where roles included Senior Admissions Associate and International Corporate Advisor. Phuong holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University, as well as two master’s degrees in Public Administration and Business with a focus on International/Global Studies from the University of Phoenix.
