Poonam Kripalani

Poonam Kripalani has a robust career in IT asset management and technology infrastructure spanning over two decades. From September 2019 to February 2022, Poonam served as Senior Director of Global ITAM and Supplier Management at ServiceNow, where Poonam previously held the roles of Director of Global IT Asset Management and Senior Manager of ITAM Governance. Prior to ServiceNow, Poonam was the IT Asset Manager at Northwell Health from February 2018 to September 2019. Poonam's earlier experience includes serving as AVP of Global IT Asset Management at Moody's Corporation and Director of US Technology Infrastructure at CIBC World Markets. Poonam holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Baruch College, earned between January 1994 and January 1996.
