Prashant Soni is a seasoned professional in the ServiceNow ecosystem, currently serving as a Senior Platform Architect at ServiceNow since September 2024. Prior to this role, Prashant held positions including ServiceNow Architect at Plat4mation, where responsibilities included leading the ServiceNow practice team for a Fortune 500 company and driving platform innovations.
