Rick Butler

Rick Butler serves as Vice President of Global Sales Compensation at ServiceNow since December 2020, overseeing the comprehensive management of the company's sales compensation program, including design, implementation, and analytics. Prior to this role, Rick held various senior positions in sales compensation and benefits at Cisco Systems, EMC, and Black & Veatch, among others. With a wealth of experience originating from roles at Lucent Technologies, where Rick advanced through multiple leadership positions, and earlier at AT&T, Rick has built a robust background in compensation strategy and management. Rick holds an MBA in HR Management and Strategic Marketing and degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Washington University in St. Louis and Saint Louis University, respectively.
