Roopa Hegde

Roopa Hegde is an experienced professional in partner operations with a robust background in program management and process improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Global Partner Operations at ServiceNow since October 2020, Roopa has previously held significant roles at VMware from April 2008 to October 2020, culminating in positions such as Senior Manager of Partner Program Operations. During tenure at VMware, Roopa led diverse teams to enhance operational efficiencies, implemented key partner programs, and collaborated closely with IT and compliance teams.
