Scott Townsend

Scott Townsend is an accomplished Product Manager with a wealth of experience across various roles in product management and implementation. They currently serve as a Sr Manager in Inbound Product Management at ServiceNow, a position they have held since 2023, following their tenure as a Sr Staff Inbound Product Manager at the same company from 2022 to 2023. Previously, Scott worked in several roles at Planview, Inc., including Implementation Manager and Director of Product Management, and also held positions at AMD and Applied Integration Services.
