Sharmistha Dash is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in strategic planning and business operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of PM Data Strategy and Partnerships at ServiceNow since April 2020, Sharmistha leads strategic initiatives and advises the SVP of Platform Product on product strategy. Previously held the position of Director of Strategy & Business Operations at Deloitte, where focus areas included XaaS business model transformations and operating model design. Earlier roles encompassed Engagement Manager in Strategy & Analytics at Deloitte, Senior Consultant in Technology Strategy, and involvement in a start-up accelerator with advanced research at Georgia Tech. Sharmistha's career began at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where significant contributions were made in developing a payments platform and improving software development processes. Sharmistha holds an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.Tech. in Information Technology from Kalinga Institute of Technology & Science.
