Sharon Aucoin

Sharon Aucoin currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Business Operations Manager for Global Partner Marketing at ServiceNow, a role undertaken since August 2021, where responsibilities include spearheading strategic marketing transformation initiatives and streamlining reporting processes. Prior to this, Sharon worked as a Senior Partner Marketing Manager at Stage 4 Solutions, focusing on operational efficiencies and developing standardized reporting and tools. Sharon's extensive experience also includes marketing and business analysis roles in non-profit organizations and a significant tenure at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where roles ranged from Program Manager to Global Alliance Manager, overseeing large-scale projects, digital process improvements, and marketing strategies. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Accounting from The University of Southern Mississippi.
