Sharon Carmichael is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leading product design teams across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Design at ServiceNow since October 2018, Sharon oversees a design team focused on empowering developers to utilize the ServiceNow platform. Prior roles include President and Moderator of the Customer Experience Meetup from 2014 to January 2023, and various leadership positions at Intuit, Sony Electronics, HP, and Mitchell International, where Sharon drove strategic design initiatives and enhanced user experiences. Educational qualifications include a Master of Library & Information Science from UCLA and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics, History, English, and Studio Art from the University of Virginia.
