Sheen Sivadass

Sheen Sivadass has extensive experience in operations and service management, currently serving as Manager of Partner Program Operations at ServiceNow since February 2022. Prior to this role, Sheen Sivadass spent over a decade at Cognizant, holding multiple positions including Service Delivery Manager, Team Manager, Team Lead, Process Specialist, and Senior Process Executive. Earlier experience includes working as a Process Executive at Perot Systems Corporation. Sheen Sivadass holds a Master of Business Administration from Liverpool John Moores University and has completed a PG program in management at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Additionally, an academic foundation in Zoology/Animal Biology was established with a Bachelor of Science from Madras Christian College.
