Sudarsana Roy Choudhury

Sudarsana Roy Choudhury currently serves as the Director of Data Informatics Management at ServiceNow, a position held since October 2025. Previously, Sudarsana was the Managing Director of Data Management at Fresh Gravity from May 2015 to October 2025 and held the role of Manager – MDM Presales & Industry Solutions at Serene Corporation from January 2012 to June 2015. With extensive experience in data governance, Master Data Management (MDM), and data quality, Sudarsana has successfully managed enterprise-wide MDM initiatives and developed key relationships with partners like Oracle and Informatica. Earlier career highlights include positions at NetApp, SAP GRC, Oracle, and HCL Infosystems Ltd., with significant contributions to customer data solutions and service delivery modules. Sudarsana holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Jadavpur University.
