Sumana Ravikrishnan

Sumana Ravikrishnan is a Senior Data Scientist at ServiceNow, actively contributing to the AI Architecture Impact team within the Advanced Technology Group since February 2017. With a background as a Data Scientist and Application Developer at the same company, Sumana has extensive experience in establishing data science goals through prototyping and experimentation, as well as designing frameworks for time-series anomaly detection. Additionally, Sumana plays a vital role in promoting data science skills in the global community as the Data Science track leader at Women Who Code, facilitating webinars and events. Sumana also served as the Director of the Silicon Valley network, leading social media outreach, and has experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University. Previous roles include data analysis at DaVita Kidney Care and full-stack software development at Zoho Corporation. Sumana holds an M.S. in Computer Science with a specialization in Data Science from the University of Washington and a B. Tech in Information Technology from Anna University.
