Vichita Baheti

Vichita Baheti is a Senior UX Designer at ServiceNow since December 2020, with prior experience as a Product Design Consultant at a stealth startup and as a Product Designer at Tradecraft, collaborating with Bay Area startups. Vichita previously worked at Facebook as a Project Manager, focusing on internal processes for email marketing campaigns, and also held roles as Marketing Manager at The Odyssey Game and Team Lead at Nykaa.com, where significant increases in traffic and engagement were achieved. Vichita began the career as an Industrial Trainee at Avenue Supermarts Ltd and worked as an Article Assistant at Deloitte Haskins and Sells, focusing on analytical testing and compliance in accounting practices. Vichita holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Product Designer certification from a Bootcamp in San Francisco, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
