Zac Murray

Zac Murray is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in IT service management and enterprise applications. Currently serving as a Principal Delivery Manager at ServiceNow since July 2014, Zac is instrumental in mentoring aspiring architects through certification programs. Previously held several senior roles at ServiceNow as a Senior Principal Platform Architect, Principal Solution Architect, and Principal Engagement Manager, leading digital transformation initiatives for large enterprises. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Nextgen Group Holdings Pty Ltd, where Zac managed enterprise applications and led teams toward ITIL-based service-oriented transformations, as well as consulting roles at MorphoLogic Consulting and Telstra, focusing on BMC Remedy solutions. Zac began a career at BMC Software, progressing from Lead Developer to Senior Developer, and earlier at ASA Knowledge as Architect/Development Manager. Zac holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UNSW.
