Andrew Krzeptowski

Andrew Krzeptowski has held numerous positions in the technology industry, beginning with their role as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Lockheed Martin in 1989. Andrew then moved to Elma Electronic Inc. as a Territory Account Manager in 1996, where they sold electro-mechanical enclosure products to OEM and non-OEM customers and consistently achieved around 3%-7% annual revenue growth within their assigned territory. In 1999, they became an Inside Sales Rep at Siebel Systems Inc., where they sold front-office (CRM) software licenses to small and medium business enterprises and achieved a $250K quarterly sales revenue quota three quarters in a row. In 2001, they began working as an independent contractor and sole proprietor for Andrew Krzeptowski Therapeutic Massage. Andrew then moved to Jameco Electronics in 2012, where they made 50 outbound calls per day generating monthly $4K-$10K gross-margin from new business of power supply and microelectronic components sales. In 2014, they joined James Moore & Associates as a Research Associate, performing software development, engineering management, and VP level staffing within the San Francisco Bay Area high technology job market. Andrew also worked as Sales & Support for ServicePal in 2014.

Andrew Krzeptowski received a BFA in 3D Animation & VFX from the Academy of Art University between 2005 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from San Jose State University between 1984 and 1988. Andrew also holds four additional certifications, including a Shotokan Karate 3rd Kyu Belt / Rank from Fremont Shotokan Karate obtained in March 2010, Effective Negotiating from KARRASS obtained in April 1999, Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage from Dale Carnegie Training obtained in January 1999, and a Health / Fitness Instructor from the American College of Sports Medicine obtained in March 1994.
