Nina Stechl

Nina Stechl has extensive experience in talent development, HR marketing, and employer branding. Since March 2019, Nina has served as the Head of Talent Development & Culture at Serviceplan Group, while also holding the position of Head of HR Marketing. Prior to this, Nina worked at Serviceplan Gruppe für innovative Kommunikation GmbH & Co. KG from March 2014, progressing through roles including Senior Persoanlreferentin in HR Marketing and Personalreferentin in HR Marketing. Earlier in her career, Nina was a Senior Account Manager and Projektleiterin at defacto marketing GmbH from December 2011 to 2013 and an Accountmanagerin at defacto kreativ GmbH from April 2006 to November 2011.
