Jose Bernal

Jose Bernal is a technology and operations executive and entrepreneurial servant-leader. They are the Chief Executive Officer of ServicePoint IT, a leading field service provider to North America’s largest integrators, OEMs, and MSPs. They are the Co-Founder of BabySparks (2012–Present) and previously served as General Manager, President of Spoke Custom (2020–2023). Their career includes founder roles at Comtech Systems (1991–1994) and executive leadership positions at CP&S, Inc. (COO, 1994–2005), OnForce (SVP of Operations & Business Development, 2005–2008), Flextronics RTS (VP Strategic Development, 2009–2011), The Schoonover Group (Principal, 2011–2014), Staples (Vice President, Business Services, 2014–2019), and Polyconcept (Senior Vice President, 2019–2023). They earned a BS from The University of Alabama (1991) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (2000).
