Dave Leow has extensive experience in the technology support sector, currently serving as Director of Support at ServiceRocket since January 2011. Dave has successfully led and managed support teams across the APAC and Americas regions, ensuring 24x7 coverage and meeting the organization's strategic goals for professional services. With a focus on growing the enterprise support business, Dave oversees the P&L for support services and products while previously holding roles including Enterprise Support Manager and Team Lead - Enterprise Application Engineer. Prior to ServiceRocket, Dave worked as a Senior Web Support Analyst at Cyber Village Sdn Bhd and began a career in IT at Standard Chartered Bank. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology.
