Kumar Ramajillu

Kumar Ramajillu is an experienced executive in the field of customer service and managed services, currently serving as Executive Director - Managed Services at ServiceRocket since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kumar held the position of Global VP Customer Service & Managing Director Malaysia at Reebelo from June 2022 to May 2023. With a solid background at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence as Regional Customer Support Manager - APAC from June 2015 to June 2022 and previous experience at ServiceRocket as Regional Support Manager for Atlassian Customer Support in EMEA from September 2011 to June 2015, Kumar has developed extensive expertise in customer support and management. Kumar Ramajillu holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
