Marcela Hermansen

Marcela Hermansen currently serves as Operations & Audit, Solution Architecture, and previously held positions as Solution Architect Associate and Customer Education Associate at ServiceRocket since September 2022, focusing on accelerating account and user growth through customer education. From October 2017 to March 2022, Marcela contributed to Humind_Latam by providing feedback for participants in emotional and social skills training programs. As a Freelance Consultant from November 2014 to February 2022 and as the Recruitment Manager for Achilles Group Limited from September 2013 to October 2014, responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies across multiple Latin American countries. Prior roles include leading recruitment at Hogar de Cristo and managing selection and training at Oshe Consultores and Adistra, gaining extensive experience in candidate assessment and organizational training. Marcela holds a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidad de Chile and various IT-related training certifications.
