Michael Difilippo

Michael DiFilippo is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Invoca since November 2019, Michael oversees a range of functions, including Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Investor Relations, and successfully led an $83 million Series F equity financing. In addition to the role at Invoca, Michael has been an Independent Board Member at ServiceRocket and an Advisor at Auditoria.AI and Pittari, where Michael contributes to innovation in finance automation and sales coaching. Previously, Michael held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at AppDirect, where significant achievements included reducing cash burn by 70% and closing Series F and G funding rounds. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.S. in Finance, Accounting, and Economics from Penn State University.
