Rob Castaneda

Rob Castaneda is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader currently serving as the President of the Entrepreneurs Organization San Francisco since June 2022, where significant initiatives such as the implementation of Google Workspace have enhanced member engagement and security. As the Founder and CEO of ServiceRocket, Rob is committed to transforming customer engagement strategies for fast-growing software companies. With extensive experience in mentorship roles at Global Scaling Academy and Endeavor, Rob has contributed to the growth of entrepreneurs from Latin America and the Middle East. In previous roles, Rob has held leadership positions in various organizations, including CustomWare International, where a successful re-launch culminated in the creation of ServiceRocket. Rob's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computing Science (Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney.
