Yan Voon Yee

Yan Voon Yee is a Technical Support Engineer at ServiceRocket since September 2019, specializing in Docker and Kubernetes technologies within a global support team. Prior to this, Yan held the role of System Specialist at Comptel from January 2009 to August 2019, and also served as a Senior System Specialist when Nokia acquired Comptel in 2018. During this time, Yan provided global support for various Linux and Unix systems, as well as Oracle administration, and was involved in Openstack implementation and monitoring of virtualization environments. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology from Staffordshire University, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
