General Manager, Staff Processing Systems at Services Australia

Bob Lyons is the current General Manager of Staff Processing Systems at Services Australia. Bob has previous experience working as the CIO/General Manager of Products and Markets Technology at the National Australia Bank from September 2013 to August 2014. In this role, they were responsible for the delivery of infrastructure, applications, networks, and lifecycle management of all of the global assets for NAB Capital/Wholesale.

Bob Lyons has also previous experience working as the CIO of NAB Capital/Wholesale from January 2009 to December 2013. In this role, they were responsible for the delivery of projects (technical/non technical) including the management of Project /Program Manager, Project Office (PMO) and Project Analysts. NAB Capital/Wholesale Technology was also subject to a significant change program during this period to implement a new technology strategy aligned to the associated business strategy, rationalise the technology set and reduce the size and complexity of the systems environment, revise the global operating model aligning to the business operating model, complete a program of selective integration with NAB Group Technology, undertake a cultural change program, implement a revised sourcing model, and complete financial management improvements/cost reduction. Under Bob Lyons' leadership, the team was able to successfully complete all of these goals.

Bob Lyons reports to Annette Musolino, Chief Operating Officer, Corporate Enabling. Bob Lyons works with Lisiane Barao Macleod - General Manager, Data Online Systems, Tim Spackman - General Manager, GovERP, and Liz Bundy - General Manager, Digital Programmes.
