Timothy Kachmarik

Timothy Kachmarik has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. From 2016 to present, they have been the Director of Manufacturing at Services To Enhance Potential, where they manage assembly operations for a non-profit organization helping people with disabilities gain practical skills in a manufacturing plant, leading a team of 4 direct reports, 10 Union Staff members and 120 people with disabilities. Timothy also leads assembly of parts for Tier 1 suppliers, ensuring all finished parts quality standards are met for Automotive companies. From 2015 to 2016, they were an Operational Consultant and Business Development Leader at KTR Services, representing a leading freight broker and collaborating with a manufacturer of lubricants in developing new business opportunities. From 2011 to 2015, they were the General Manager at Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions, directing all manufacturing and operations for a $30M 120K sq ft. manufacturing facility, overseeing a 6-person leadership team and 150+ union and non-union employees. From 1998 to 2011, they held various roles at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, including General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Human Resources Generalist.

Timothy Kachmarik received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Findlay in 1996, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. Timothy has also obtained certifications in Lean Certification from Productivity Inc, Fisher College of Business Executive Education & Center for Operational Excellence-The Ohio State University in 2006, Lubrication and Fuel Management from Hydrotex Lubrication University in 2015, and 10 Hour+ OSHA Training – General Industry from OSHA.
