Operations and Project Management

The Operations and Project Management team at S&T Interiors and Contracting is responsible for overseeing and executing interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes coordinating various aspects of interior design, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, joinery, and furniture production, while maintaining effective communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal departments.
