Robin Ramp has a diverse work experience. From 1994 to 1999, they served in the Landmacht as a Korporaal/Soldaat 1, where they worked as a truck driver and communications operator at the Sarajevo International HQ as a NATO Soldier. Robin completed four tours of six months in Bosnia Herzegovina. In 1999, they joined ServiceTec as an Airport Engineer until 2003 when they became a Teamleader. In 2008, they were promoted to Operations Supervisor at ServiceTec, where they currently hold the position.

Robin Ramp has a diverse education history. In 1989, Robin obtained a degree in Electro from Bospark after completing their LTS program. Following this, in 1992-1994, Robin attended SIOM and earned an MBO degree in IT. In 2011, Robin enrolled in Crestcom for a Management Course.

In addition to their formal education, Robin has obtained several certifications. In 2009, Robin received a certification in NEN 3140 from NEN. In 2019, Robin achieved the ITIL Foundation Level V3 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Furthermore, it is known that Robin holds the VCA-VOL certification, although the exact date of obtaining it is unclear.
