Malvina Grigoryan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and administration. Currently serving as a Customer Support Supervisor at ServiceTitan Armenia since September 2021, Malvina leads a team of 10-15 advocates, ensuring effective case management and team efficiency through training and quality control initiatives. Prior to this role, Malvina excelled as a Customer Support Advocate, where a focus on customer satisfaction was paramount. Malvina's career also includes significant positions at Western Union as an Agent Database Administrator and as a Data Entry Specialist for the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia. Malvina holds a Master's degree in Innovation and Technology Management from ISM University of Management and Economics and a Master's degree in Political Science and International Relations from the American University of Armenia, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Yerevan State University.
