Alona Markowitz

Alona Markowitz is a seasoned professional in customer success with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success for Commercial and Construction at ServiceTitan since February 2023, Alona previously held the position of Director of Customer Success within the same division. Prior to ServiceTitan, Alona was Head of Customer Success at Workiz Inc. and Director of Customer Operations at SKECH. Experience also includes serving as Customer Success Lead at Mad Engine and founding Daneth Corporation, where Alona was COO for several years. Alona holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
