Letitia Rawlings has extensive experience in product specialization and customer solutions, currently serving as a Pro Product Specialist and Senior Implementation Manager at ServiceTitan since June 2020, following the transformation of HomeX into Schedule Engine. Prior roles include Onboarding Specialist at Schedule Engine and Customer Solutions Supervisor and Specialist at HomeX. Letitia also worked as a Medical Data Abstractor at Edaptive Systems, LLC, and General Dynamics Information Technology. Letitia holds an Associate degree in Accounting and Business/Management from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, and attended Yorktowne Business Institute.
