Lisa Inouye is a seasoned professional in strategy and operations, currently serving as a Senior Manager at ServiceTitan since September 2020, focusing on Marketplace & Ecosystems, Strategic Partnerships, and Growth Strategy within the leading software technology platform for the trades. Prior to ServiceTitan, Lisa held the position of Partnerships Manager at HelloTech Inc., where responsibilities included connecting technicians with consumers for on-demand tech support. Lisa's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Account Manager & Strategist at PMBC Group, a technology agency, and as a Partnership Manager's Assistant at Thrillist. Lisa holds a B.A. in Psychology and Communication Design from the University of Southern California, as well as a BA in Psychology from UCL.
